Bed linen and towels
There are duvets and pillows in the holiday home, but remember to bring bed linen and towels. When you book a stay, you can hire linen packages for DKK 99 and avoid having to do laundry. A linen package includes a small hand towel, bath towel, duvet cover, pillowcase and sheet. Don’t forget that you can also hire bedding for the cot.

Bring it with you
You will need to bring toilet paper, garbage bags for residual waste and hand soap, as well as cleaning products, etc. for daily cleaning: dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, washing-up sponges, kitchen roll, tea towels, and floor and dishcloths.

There is an inventory list in all the holiday homes.

Coffee and tea
There is a coffee maker and electric kettle in your holiday home. You can either bring coffee filters and tea bags with you or buy them from the Meny supermarket in Søndervig.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome in most of our holiday homes, but there are also Pet-free Holiday homes where pets are not permitted. Therefore remember to inform us if you want to bring your dog on your holiday. This must be done no later than 15 days before arrival.

Eat in your holiday home
You can enjoy a well-prepared meal in your holiday home, all of which have well-equipped kitchens.

Barbecues
There is no barbecue at your holiday home, but you are very welcome to bring your own from home.

Outdoor areas
Bring sturdy footwear, as the area around the holiday homes is under construction.

Check out no later than 10.00

Information on the road name for your holiday home and guidance on using the pin code for the home will be forwarded 3 days before arrival. If you have paid by credit card, you can drive directly to your holiday home and gain access with the code you were sent.

If you paid by bank transfer or your credit card has expired, you will need to check in at our Service Centre at Havstien, Søndervig; 6950 Ringkøbing, where you can also pay in advance for your energy consumption in your holiday home.

ARRIVAL OUTSIDE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE SERVICE CENTRE
If you arrive outside the opening hours of the Service Centre, please call (+45) 8830 6505 for help with checking in. However, please note that the security guard cannot handle payment for energy consumption, bed linen, dogs and cleaning surcharge etc. You will need to pay that at our Service Centre the day after your arrival.

OBS: We will try to place groups travelling together as close to each other as possible.

All our holiday homes have a car parking space alongside. These can be used after 15.00 on the day of your arrival and until 10.00 on the day of your departure.

There are charging points at Beach Bowl in Søndervig and at Netto in Ringkøbing. We recommend that you explore the options further prior to arrival.

There is wireless internet in all the holiday homes.

As tenants, you are obliged to respect the applicable rules and are fully liable for the equipment provided in the holiday home. The person who signed the lease is also liable for damage caused by other residents in the holiday home during the lease period. The maximum number of residents in holiday homes must not exceed the number booked.

You are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of your holiday home. Cleaning equipment is provided.

If you have chosen to take care of final cleaning, you should set aside 2-4 hours for cleaning, depending on the size of your holiday home. Cleaning equipment is available in the holiday home. You just need to bring tea towels, dishcloths and cleaning products. Your holiday home contains a checklist that we ask you to follow.

If you have purchased final cleaning, we’ll clean the holiday home after your departure. Before you leave your holiday home, you must wash your dishes, empty the dishwasher and tidy up. Also remember to take all waste to the recycling stations.

Following your departure, we will automatically deduct the sum to cover the electricity, water and heating you used. The sum will be deducted from the payment card you used to pay for your stay. You will then receive an e-mail with a receipt and a statement of your energy consumption.

Note: If you booked your stay via a travel agency, you will not receive an e-mail before your stay. Your consumption of electricity, water and heat can be checked and paid for at the Service Centre. If you don’t want to pay at the Service Centre on the day of your departure, you can register your payment card, so that when you check out payment is taken automatically.

Once your stay is over, you must vacate your holiday home by 10.00 at the latest on the day of departure.
